Dressing Room

JMD doubled the hanging space in this walk-in closet/dressing room by simply moving and centering the closet opening and thereby creating a deeper space on the outside wall of the closet. Custom cabinetry was installed on both walls including a marble top dresser under the window. Bead board lines the back of the hanging spaces, creating a charming and timeless dressing room. Bead board lines the back of the hanging spaces and lights original to the home, and found in a crawl space in the basement, were up-cycled, creating both a charming and timeless dressing room
